안녕하세요. 오늘은 ECC프로그램 중 새벽시간내의 특정한 AP로 실행된 JOB들이 모두 취소되는 이슈가 발생하였습니다. 원인 분석을 해보겠습니다. 1. SM21에서 시스템 로그를 확인해보자 다수의 No block found for role area error발생 2. work로그를 확인해보자. get block : no more free blocks, 1번과 비슷한 에러가 발생함을 확인했다. 3.ST02에서 SWAP 발생 이럴경우 종합해서 보면,, Role Area를 지정하는 영역의 메모리가 없다라고 판단했습니다. SWAP은 서비스를 재시작해야 초기화하기 때문에 재시작 후 정상으로 처리 되었습니다.
